Refund Policy & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations & Refunds  
Should you need to cancel your catering order, please contact us for a refund or to reschedule your order to  another date. Please note, rescheduling will not be available within a 48-hour window of your delivery /  pick-up time.  


For orders relating to corporate and private catering:  
1. Orders cancelled 2 business days prior to the event attract a 50% cancellation fee.  

2. Orders cancelled 1 business days prior to the event attract a 100% cancellation fee.  

3. Orders cancelled on the day of the event attract a 100% cancellation fee.  


For Event, or seasonal events /orders:  
1. Events cancelled 5 business days (7 days) prior to the event attract a 50% cancellation fee  

2. Events cancelled 3 business days (5 days) prior to the event attract a 100% cancellation fee  
 

Please contact us [email protected] if you'd like to cancel or make a change to your order.  Changes are possible at least 24-hour prior to the order pickup/delivery time. All the changes to your order  will be reflected accordingly in your invoice (order change might result into change in price depending on  the menu selections).  


Please note that The Trustee for The Dana Family Trust (AUST) TA Baywok Catering is not liable for any errors in the  online orders details (eg. date, time, delivery location, quantity and meals selection including the mention of  the dietary requirements and onsite contact). It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the provided  details are correct.  

 

Quality Assurance
If the goods or services received are defective or not fit for purpose, a full refund or replacement may be provided. Please note that products cannot be returned due to change of mind or incorrect choice. This replacement extends to damage caused in-transit or food not being delivered based on order requirements.
Where the impact is deemed minor in nature and does not substantially impact the order or the service, a credit may be offered as an alternative to a refund or replacement. This will depend on the nature of the impact.

We guarantee that our goods:
1. Are of acceptable quality. This means they will be safe, durable and free from defects. They will be acceptable in appearance and finish, and do the job such things are usually used for.   

2.Match the description given or represented to you although it may differ slightly in presentation as products are all hand-made.”


Refunds Timeframe  
Depending on banking institution the refunds might take 5-7 business days to be processed. Please allow up  to 5-7 business days after you've received the refund confirmation from us.
